Refunds and downloads
Our case files are digital products, downloaded instantly, so all sales are final once your download is available. Here is exactly how that works, and the situations where we will always put things right.

Digital products, delivered instantly
Everything we sell is a digital download: a print-at-home PDF case file. There is nothing physical to post. As soon as your payment is confirmed your files are made available to download straight away, and a download link is sent to your email.
You can print your case file at home on A4 (and US Letter where stated) as many times as you reasonably need for your own game.
Why we cannot normally offer refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order is complete and the download has been made available to you. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned.
When you buy, you agree that we begin supplying your download straight away. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content once you have asked for immediate download and acknowledged that you lose that right. Completing your purchase gives that consent.
In short: all sales are final. Please use the free sample case file to see exactly what you are buying before you order.
When we will always put it right
None of the above affects your legal rights. If something is genuinely wrong, contact us and we will fix it, re-send your files, or refund you. This includes when:
- a file is missing, corrupted, or will not open;
- you were charged but did not receive your download;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the case file is faulty or not as described.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) are not affected by this policy.
Problems downloading or printing
If your download link has expired or you have lost your files, email us and we will send them again. We recommend saving a copy once you have downloaded.
Our files are standard PDFs that open in any modern PDF reader and print on a home or office printer. If you are having trouble, please get in touch before requesting a chargeback so we can help.
Bespoke cases
Bespoke, made-to-order case files are written specifically for you. Once writing has started we cannot refund the work, but we will work with you to get the brief right. Specific terms are agreed before any bespoke work begins.
